> Objective Of Industrial Training

The ability to build excellence and effort and competence is essential to all students. The existence of industrial training for all Polytechnic students in Malaysia proves the ability to create excellence will be achieved. The Polytechnic has determined that every student in the last semester which is in semester six (Diploma in Programming) is required to undergo industrial training to meet the qualifications of having a diploma.

Private companies or government companies need to cooperate in the success of industrial training so that students can feel the real world of work. The assignment that student receives from an industrial training site is a practical practice that has been studied theoretically before. The period established by the Polytechnic to the students to undergo industrial training is for six months or 20 weeks.

Indirectly, creative thinking culture will exist within the student and can solve a problem more effectively. Students can experience teamwork, help-mate, and create good relationships with fellow workers
In conclusion, the objectives of this training is to:

  • Building confidence and individual personality.
  • Help students communicate effectively.
  • Helps to cultivate teamwork and good relationships while working.
  • Discipline yourself to comply with rules while working.
  • Build a sense of responsibility in doing something.
  • Allows students to see the connection between the theories learned.
  • Increase self-confidence to step into the realm of work.
  • Can provide official reports and other tasks directed by polytechnics such as providing industry report books.
